When you hire Taft Career Consulting, you will be working directly with Erick Taft. Erick brings over 18 years of experience in both the private and public sector in Career Development, HR, Client Service, and Education that brings an in depth understanding of how to explore and grow a successful career path. He earned his Master of Science in Education from Northwestern University and has a B.S. in History from Kenyon College.
Erick is a firm believer in that what you have studied or your current experience level should not hold you back from achieving your career goals. Erick's career shows that a typical career is a winding journey, not a straight path. Taking stops along the way to explore and try new things should be encouraged to help further clarify the long-term view of what is best in a career. Erick has developed and coached people in all stages of their careers. He managed large teams of early career professionals and led the growth of a Leadership Development program to over 2,000 participants.
